At Vasant Super Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2-Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
3A valid order invoice or proof of purchase is required.
4-Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered products.
Non -returnable items:
The following products cannot be returned:
1-Opened food items
2-Dry fruits, groceries, and perishable products after opening
3-Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
4-Sale or clearance items unless damaged on delivery.
Refund process
1-Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
2-Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Replacement policy
we offer free replacement if:
1-You receive a damaged product.
2-You receive the wrong item.
3-The product is expired or defective.
